**REMINDER**2017-18 Major Bantam Eastern Express Training Camp and Tryout Registration Form

Completed registration forms and full payment must be in no later than August 15, 2017. Registration forms can be found HERE and sent to easternexpresshockey@gmail.com



Registration forms and full payment must be submitted no later than August 15th. Completed forms and E-Transfer can be sent to easternexpresshockey@gmail.com. Please identify whether you are registering for the Training Camp and/or Phase 1 Tryouts. Following the tryout ice time on September 12th there will be a roster reduction and remaining players will be invited to continue the tryout process.

August  31st – Parent’s Meeting – 6pm @ PSC  
Fitness Testing – 6pm @ PSC       
September 1st – Off Ice – 6pm @ PSC 
On Ice – 7:00 to 8:00pm @ PSC    
September 2nd - Off Ice – 10am @ Stonepark Bowl 
On Ice– 12:00 to 1:00pm @ PSC       
September 3rd - Off Ice – 5pm @ PSC 
On Ice– 6:20 to 7:20pm @ PSC     
September 4th - Off Ice – 5pm @ PSC 
On Ice– 6:10 to 7:10pm @ PSC     
*Attendance is optional               
Cost: $75 (Includes a Training Camp T-Shirt)
